Welcome to my page, and thank you for taking the time to visit!

I’m a healer, intuitive guide, and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience walking alongside others on their healing journeys. From the very beginning, my path has woven together both traditional therapeutic training and a deep curiosity about the energetic and spiritual aspects of healing.

While developing my skills as a therapist, I was also exploring energy work, diving into intuitive practices, and learning how to listen to the body’s subtle wisdom. These two paths—clinical and energetic—grew side by side, each deepening and informing the other. Over time, they naturally merged into a holistic approach that honors the full complexity of who we are: mind, body, heart, and spirit.

In our work together, I draw on a wide range of modalities—including energy clearing, chakra balancing, inner child work, sound healing, and hands-on techniques—guided by your energy and needs in the moment. I meet you where you are, blending grounded therapeutic insight with intuitive healing to support deep transformation.

Clients often describe our sessions as both powerful and nurturing—an experience that brings clarity, release, and reconnection. With a mix of directness, compassion, and humor, I help you move through old patterns, release emotional blocks, and come home to your most authentic self.
