Session One: 1:00 PM – 4:15 PM

1:00–3:00 PM: Three 20-minute individual mini sessions with our expert providers

3:15–4:15 PM: Group Breathwork Class

Session Two: 3:30 PM – 6:45 PM

3:30–5:30 PM: Three 20-minute individual mini sessions

5:45–6:45 PM: Group Sound Bath Session

Each session is $189 and includes:

3 mini wellness sessions

1 group class (breathwork or sound bath)

Light refreshments
