Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation practice that brings you into a state of conscious rest. Often called "yogic sleep," it allows the body to fully relax while the mind remains gently aware. Practiced lying down, Yoga Nidra supports nervous system regulation, stress relief, and inner healing. Through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, it guides you into a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep—where deep restoration and transformation can occur.
