You’ll begin with a gentle Restorative Yoga practice led by Margo MacFalan, who will guide you through supported postures that encourage release, comfort, and mindful rest. As your body settles into deep relaxation, you’ll transition into a Yoga Nidra Sound Bath led by Jill Briansky, blending guided meditation with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing sound frequencies.
Together, these practices create a sanctuary of calm — a place to unwind from the season’s busyness, connect with your inner stillness, and open to gratitude.
