Celebrate the energy of nurturing, care, and connection this Mother’s Day with a gentle yoga and sound bath experience designed to soften the body and quiet the mind.

This offering is an invitation to slow down. To step out of the doing and into simply being.

We’ll begin with gentle, supportive movement—nothing forced, nothing pushed. Just an opportunity to reconnect with your body in a way that feels kind, spacious, and honoring of where you are. This portion of the practice is accessible to all levels and focuses on releasing tension while creating a sense of grounded ease.

From there, you’ll be guided into stillness as you are held in the vibrations of a sound bath. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes, the sound will move through you—helping to settle the nervous system, soften what’s been held, and create space for deep rest and restoration.

This experience is for anyone who gives…and who is ready to receive.

Whether you come alone or share the experience with someone you love, this is a time to be supported, nourished, and gently brought back to yourself.
